Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the person or organisation that created them and may not be shared or resold.

Candidate accounts — including profile creation, résumé uploads, opportunity discovery, profile visibility and applications — are provided free of charge. We do not charge candidates for access to these features, and we will not introduce a candidate subscription for them.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Prices are exclusive of tax. Indian customers are charged 18% GST; other customers are charged taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Tax is itemised at checkout.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• The free plan requires no payment details.
• We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• Post misleading job listings, or listings for roles that do not exist
• Use the platform to discriminate unlawfully against candidates
• Scrape, harvest or resell candidate data
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access other users’ accounts
• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content
• Misrepresent your identity, your organisation, or your experience

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — profiles, résumés, job postings. You grant Velinto the licence necessary to host, display and process that content in order to operate the service, including matching and screening.

Velinto provides AI-assisted matching, screening and workflow tools. We do not guarantee that you will hire anyone, be hired, or achieve any particular hiring outcome. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and for compliance with employment law in their jurisdiction.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan.

To the extent permitted by law, Velinto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data before deletion, subject to our retention obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
